Hi, my name is Sam. I started blogging around 2010, first writing millennial career content, and then shifting to fashion/lifestyle. For about a decade, I posted about my outfits, favorite products, travel, and occasionally something deeper like mental health. When I became a mom in 2021, things shifted for me and the blog took a back seat. Once I moved from NYC to the suburbs, I pretty much gave it up.

But, last year I realized that I missed writing, and although my priorities have changed, I felt like I still had a valuable perspective to share. I started a Substack newsletter called Honest Motherhood, and I’ve really enjoyed having a space to write authentically and connect to other moms. Then I realized that I let my domain and hosting account lapse, so I didn’t really have a homebase on the Internet anymore…and that’s how we find ourselves here. I’m going to migrate over some of my old content, and add some new stuff too. We’ll see where it goes, but thanks for being here!
